The Scott skis went so well last year that we felt we really should offer one solely for women, and this is it. The Maya, wood core but no Titanal alloy gives a slightly more forgiving flex, suited to lighter less aggressive skiers. With a 60/40 split toward off-piste it’s going to fit the bill as a do-it-all ski, it seems that whole “quiver” of skis thing is something reserved almost solely for blokes (you don’t say) and, generally speaking women seem to get on with it, using whatever they’ve got, (sweeping generalisation perhaps, but in my experience kinda true). Having said that this isn’t a ski for beginners but should appeal to intermediate/advanced folk looking to take their skiing up a notch, the graphics are pretty stunning as well.
